How long will it take for my Product to arrive?
We typically process orders within 1–3 business days. Since our products are sent directly from our global partners, shipping usually takes 7–15 business days depending on your location.

We currently ship to the United States.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your buddy's journey from our warehouse to your front door.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your hair growth! We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for peace of mind.
My Product arrived damaged! What should I do?
Oh no! Please contact us at support@folliclelab.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

Are these Products safe?

How Many gummies should i take?

Order Changes
Can I change or cancel my order?
We move fast! Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes. Once an order has been processed for shipping, we are unable to cancel it.
